To calculate efficiency score for multiple spacers please provide 23 base pair long spacer sequence(s) (with PAM) on separate lines. A maximum of 50 spacers can be calculated in batch mode, if you wish to calculate more please use the script at: https://github.com/welkergroup/HiCRISPR.
